- This prize draw is available only to eligible participants. An eligible participant is a person who is a resident of Northern Ireland. Employees and the families of Holley Optometrist, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not an eligible participant. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of eligible participants. By taking part in this competition, eligible participants confirm that they accept the competition terms and conditions below.
- There will be one (1) prize winner for the competition and this prize winners must be aged 16 years or over.
- Prize includes: One pair of Ray-Ban designer frames from Holley Optometrists. Prizes are non-transferable and a cash alternative will not be provided. Winner can pick any ophthalmic or sunglass frames in stock in Holley Optometrists. Prize does not include prescription lenses.
- Winner has the option of either coming into Holley Optometrists in Coleraine to select their prize in person or selecting the prize from imagery and the prize will be posted out to them.
- The draw will take place on or after Monday 22nd February. The winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries by computerised draw.
- The winner will be contacted no later then Wednesday 24th February . The winning entrant will be contacted via Facebook message on the account that they entered with with details on how to redeem the prize.
- To claim the prize the winner must, within one (1) week of receiving notification, provide written confirmation that he/she is able to claim the prize as set out above. In the event the claim for the prize is not received by the promoter within one (1) week, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. Please therefore ensure your availability during this period in case you are a winner.
- The winner has one (1) month from the day of notification to collect the prize from Holley Optometrists. In the event that the prize is not claimed from the promoter within this period, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
